Why Nigeria-native matters

Naira first
Rent, invoices and subscriptions are in Nigerian naira (NGN). Payouts go to Nigerian bank accounts, and account numbers can be checked with Paystack.
Paystack payments
Tenants pay rent, account owners pay for subscriptions and agents pay verification fees through Paystack.
WhatsApp notifications
Rent reminders, due-date notices and overdue notices can go out on WhatsApp as well as email, and guarantors can be alerted when rent is overdue.
NIN and BVN verification
Users can verify their identity with their National Identification Number or Bank Verification Number, checked through Smile ID.
